There are things about visiting Europe that I simply can't wait for...I'll start with London, in no particular order: Shopping at Boots for my favorite lip gloss (and stocking up since the last visit's purchase of 15 are toast), seeing my friend George and meeting his fiancee, visiting the Waitrose at the Gloucester St. station to pick up my favorite crisps, bread, tomato and mozzarella salad, and other odds and ends (going to this particular
Waitrose has become a habit over the years for no particular reason, but it is now a tradition I refuse to break), wandering around Knightsbridge where we'll be staying, having dinner at Pasta Brown in Covent Garden, seeing a show in the West End, stopping in at Lillywhites sports shop (no shorts with "London" written across my bum...promise!) as I can always refresh my gym wardrobe, maybe a surprise from Harrods along with a cheese scone from the Food Court (I must admit, I am hoping the Champagne Sorbet will still be there that I passed up in 2007), rummaging through HMV for any fun new catchy British pop music (Message to Charlotte Church: Please stop having babies with your boyfriend so that you can release a second pop CD, because the first one is still catchy), and watching as much original BBC programming as I can consume while still getting some sleep (cheesy CBBC Saturday morning and chat shows here I come!).

Over the years I have been fortunate enough to take in a large majority of the tourist sites, so unless anything is new and fantastic I'll stick to the street with the rest of the Londoners.
There are, of course, many other items of interest floating around in my brain, but they'll just have to remain in my head until my next preview post.
